Fontys Eindhoven Technology Scholarship

 

As you know, in the Netherlands, especially in the region of Eindhoven, there is a great demand for university educated technology students.

For 2008 / 2009 a student coming from a non-EU country tuition fees are 3700 Euro per year.

We offer excellent students who will enter a Fontys bachelor program in Information & Communication Technology or Electrical / Electronic Engineering an EXTRA scholarship of 2000 Euro per academic year in the first and second year of their bachelor program.

 

·        First year: the results of previous education (senior high school) are excellent, gradelists will be assessed by Fontys.

·        Second year: students who achieve their Fontys Propaedeutic Certificate within
1 academic year.

 

In the third and fourth year the student will do an internship in a company in the Netherlands, where he will receive an allowance from the internship company.

(The tuition fees for the third and fourth year will remain 3700 Euro).

 

To apply for this extra scholarship a student has to write a motivation letter and send a transcript of his most recent study results. Deadline for sending in all required documents is the 15^th of May 2008. If a student is accepted then fees need to be paid latest June 2008.
